The Liberia Anti-Corruption Commission (LACC) Wishes to Inform the Public That the Trial Involving the Gbarpolu County Yellow Machines case, which was Scheduled to Commence on September 14, 2026, in Gbarpolu County has been Postponed
Upon arrival in Gbarpolu County yesterday morning, the Liberia Anti-Corruption Commission’s (LACC) lawyers were informed by the Clerk of Court that the matter had been postponed.
The postponement shows some of the challenges the Liberia Anti-Corruption Commission (LACC) continues to face in the prosecution of corruption-related cases, particularly when delays affect the timely disposition of cases.
The LACC remains prepared to proceed with the case and will continue to work within the judicial process to ensure that corruption matters are brought to conclusion.
