Overview
The Information Dissemination and Communication Division serves as the central public communication and media relations arm of the Public Procurement and Concessions Commission (PPCC). Headed by a Director, the Division plays a pivotal role in promoting transparency, stakeholder engagement, and public trust in the national public procurement system.
Through effective communication strategies, the Division ensures that the Commission’s policies, programs, and achievements are clearly articulated and accessible to the public, government entities, private sector actors, and civil society organizations.

The Division ensures the regular dissemination of accurate and timely procurement information through print and digital platforms. Functions include:
- Publication Development: Producing and distributing the quarterly Public Procurement and Concessions Bulletin.
- Digital and Traditional Media: Publishing procurement updates, bulletins, and research findings through multiple media channels.
- Awareness Campaigns: Designing and implementing targeted campaigns to educate stakeholders on procurement processes, policies, and opportunities.
3. Content Development and Management
To maintain the PPCC’s credibility as an information source, the Division oversees content planning, production, and quality assurance across all communication channels.
Activities include:
- Content Strategy: Managing the production of high-quality content for reports, bulletins, Facebook page and the PPCC website.
- Content Coordination: Setting deadlines and formats for content submissions from internal divisions and external partners.
- Educational Materials: Developing guides, manuals, and toolkits to enhance stakeholder understanding of procurement procedures.
4. Website and Digital Presence Management
Recognizing the importance of digital engagement, the Division manages the PPCC’s online platforms to ensure timely access to procurement information.
Responsibilities include:
- Website Maintenance: Keeping the PPCC website current with procurement notices, updates, and reports.
- Digital Bulletin: Managing the online version of the Public Procurement and Concessions Bulletin for broader stakeholder access.
