The Public Procurement and Concessions Commission (PPCC) has published a notice of complaint filed by ABK Incorporated against the Ministry of Public Works (MPW) relating to the procurement of 285 earthmoving equipment and 20 utility pickup trucks (IFB No: MPW/NRF/G/PROJ/RB/001/2025). 

The complaint, lodged under Section 125.1 (a)(b) of the PPC Act, 2010, alleges breaches of integrity, fairness, and accountability in the procurement process.

The PPCC has called on all affected bidders to file their notices of appearance with the Complaint Appeals and Review Panel (CARP) within seven days of publication.
