Bodger Scott Johnson

Bodger Scott Johnson is a specialist in public policy, financial management, budget formulation and implementation, and public procurement. He is also an expert advisor in concession, agriculture and energy. He has worked with the State Government of Maryland in the United States of America, as well as the Governments of Liberia and Côte d’Ivoire. Mr. Johnson previously served as managing partner of the SHINE project, which mobilized 17 Million Dollars through the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), to expand and renovate a Library at Cuttington University, construct a new office complex for the Liberia Institute of Public Administration (LIPA), as well as construct annexes to expand the facilities of the community colleges of Lofa, Bassa and Nimba Counties. The construction of Bomi County Community College and the Engineering Building of the University of Liberia was also made possible through the SHINE project. He has professional membership with the Society of Research Administrator based in Virginia, USA, and the Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc., based in Washington DC. Mr. Johnson received his graduate education at Howard University in Washington DC, where he earned Master of Arts degree in Public Administration with concentration in International Development, Economic and Fiscal Policy. He also obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance, from the same university. In December 2018, Mr. Johnson was appointed to the PPCC Board of Commissioners as Vice Chairman, by the President of Liberia, His Excellency George Manneh Weah.
