The Public Procurement and Concessions Commission (PPCC), regrets to announce the sudden demise of its chairman, Hon. Keith K. Jubah, which sad event occurred on Sunday night, November 1, 2009 at his Morris’ Farm residence in Kakata, Margibi County.
Hon. Jubah was brutally murdered by unknown armed men while disembarking from his vehicle at his residence. Funeral arrangements will be announced later.
Until his gruesome murder, Hon. Jubah served as Chairman of the Public Procurement and Concessions Commission (PPCC)-a regulatory and monitoring body for all forms of procurement and concessions in Liberia.
